"I found the workshop I attended with Suzanne and The Curious Wolf a great way to spend some time focussing on myself, and I learned some great new journalling techniques that I'm excited to put into action.

I've been trying to move away from big lists of goals and find goal planners a bit overwhelming, so discovering more about intention setting and gratitude was a great reset for me."

"Huge thanks to Suzanne of The Curious Wolf for hosting the Writing for Wellbeing workshop. Such an enjoyable and informative evening, spent in really lovely company.

Suzanne is a superb host, ensuring every participant feels at ease. This workshop is the ideal catalyst for self improvement/self awareness and future goal setting.

It proved to be a thought provoking and motivating workshop that I would highly recommend to all. I don’t doubt each individual will take different lessons from it and will leave being motivated to feel gratitude for their current life/situation, the ability to see situations through more positive eyes, and feel encouraged to make more effort to ensure their individual happiness."

"I found the journaling session really helpful. I always have great intentions but struggle to get started with a journal so usually give up after just a few days of writing the same old rubbish! Suzanne gave lots of tips and tricks for getting started that I can’t wait to put into practice. It was a really relaxed and informal session which felt very comfortable.

My only complaint is that I could have done with more time!"

"Maybe happiness is about what we already have."
